The turning point in this animation is the sound of the wind bell. 

Plum blossom is also a key point in this story.

So I first wrote RESTART directly on the paper hanging under the wind bell.

I made a sign of the bar in my story, then made it as neon light:

I also made a Chinese Text which means RESTART:

I combine the above three things and then light up the neon lights, which represents the meaning of restart.
